Girl Pink night out on Saturday 23 October 2010

We proudly supported Pink Ribbon Day by holding events Girl Pink night out on Saturday 23 October 2010 

‘Breast Cancer Month’ (October). 

The total amount raised by friends was a wonderful 

$480 plus $100 cheque. 

Money raised at Pink Ribbon Day events will fund

• Research into causes and treatment for breast cancer;
• Support services and information for patients, carers and loved ones;
• Education programs for women, such as the Community Speakers Program, to be “breast aware”.  With awareness and early detection, there’s a greater chance of successful treatment.
• Funds raised in NSW are spent in NSW, directly supporting the needs to the community.

Kristina, Angel, Danna, Anna and I  would like to thank everyone who participated in Pink Ribbon Girl Night out, especially all the people who did a fantastic job of arranging the events.
